Tier 3 academic interventions
So many things I learned to help with interventions groups I do now as a para. For tier 3 I think the 1-3 students is very important. These students need that more one to one time. I also love how Mrs Weiser said be excited because if you are excited they will be too! Also, build confidence and celebrate what they can do. There is a lot that is hard for this group already so we want to celebrate all the things.With tier 3 it also makes sense that we would want to take daily notes and not plan as far in advance so that we can be very purposeful in what level we are working with them. Great lesson!
