Individualized behavior plans for tier3. About 5% need tier 3 intervention. This is our most at risk group. The functional behavior assessment sounds like a very in depth assessment to really help learn about the whole kid. The intervention matching form is a wonderful tool to make sure that you are best meeting the students needs. The main thing I got from these lessons were to always document to have the paper trail, communicate with everyone on the team, and progress monitor often.
