This talked about classroom, teacher, and student organization which will make for a well ran classroom and school year. She talked about pre planning even before the school year starts. Think about classroom arraignment, materials, visuals, labeling the spaces for the kids like their desk and cubby. Have your behavioral requirements and reward system posted. Also, it helps to have the procedures and routines posted. After watching this session it makes me excited to set up a room and plan for the school year.
