  Teacher organization is the craft we can all hope to master. Its always been incredible to see teachers transform bleak rooms into welcoming learning environments. My biggest takeaways from this unit is pre planning is essential even if it does change later on. Students love and thrive off consistent routine and are successful when they feel included as well as obtain ownership of something as simple as a desk. Lists are teachers best friends and its always better to just write it down just in case. You can go tech focused or old school or a blend of the two but figuring out what is going to work best for you and your students to remain organized throughout the year is key. I also learned to always make plans, materials, sub plans and calendars obtainable to be shared if needed in some way. Daily reflection is an amazing skill and habit to develop in teaching and even more successful if you are able to each students how to individually reflect and create goals!
