  My biggest takeaway from this section is the importance of reading the room and being comfortable with pausing, adjusting, and re-instructing when needed. We prepare students for tomorrow by teaching them what they need today. It is important to acknowledge every student, be aware of their individual needs and situations, and recognize that every student learns differently. Sometimes, taking a step back and adjusting our approach makes all the difference in helping students succeed.
