I like the idea of making things visual. As a gymnastics coach, sometimes the absolute best thing you can do while coaching a kid is to show them what it is supposed to look like and walk them through the smaller details by showing it. I think also having a clear objective written up so everyone knows what they are working towards helps a lot.…
