About Instructor

Julieanna Emmett

My name is Julieanna Emmett. I was born and raised between Wyoming/Colorado. I then graduated from University of Wyoming. I have fostered an unknown love of teaching/mentoring since I was very young. However, I only realized my passion my senior year of high school. I believe all students are HUMAN FIRST. This means that they are imperfect and capable of truly amazing things. I love to go hiking with my dog, paint landscapes on my patio and just honestly be outside whenever I can be! Taking my course, you will learn about the different aspects of SEL, why integration is important for student success and have access to MANY different activities.
