Session #1
Whole Support Group
- Designed for all students both whole group and small group
- Focus on alignment of instruction and resources with content
- Universal screenings and benchmarks
- District core curriculums and programs at grade level
- General education classroom
- Classroom teacher
- Continuous (preventative and proactive)
Session #2
Small Group Support
- Focus: targeted additional support for students not meeting grade level criteria
- Small group: 4-8 students
- Increased progress monitoring and cycle 6-8 weeks
- Additional 20-30 min sessions a few days a week
- Benefits 10-15% of students
Session #3
Intensive Intervention
- Focus: Most at risk students and building foundational skills
- Progress Monitor Weekly
- Direct support (1-3 students max)
- Outside of general classroom
- Specialized Staff
- 5% of students
