  This section is about how important it is to build confidence and trust with students who need the most support. Before introducing new material, it’s important to establish routines, patterns, and clear expectations using things they already know. Providing one-on-one support, celebrating small victories, and helping students feel successful can make a big difference. It’s also important to continually look at their progress, reflect on what is working, and make adjustments when needed to help each student grow and succeed.
