Lesson 1
: Most school follow use three main rules , Be safe, Be respectful, Be responsibility. Behavior interventions focused on prevention, positive expectations, and consistent reward systems.
Keep continuously teaching students. When I was working with sped para, the students has tantrum after long weekend or holidays. We should keep in reteach them even school and at home.
Lesson 2
: The target is that learning environment that prevents major behavior.
Teachers have to set clear expectations, regular reinforcement, and consistent routines. It can reduce behavior issues and help students focus on their job.
Teaching that smiling, joyful! Just show modeling.
Classroom reward system is very positive competitive and collaboration with peers. One of my classroom, when they are make silence for 3 minutes, they get points. The students keep help each others like one student make laugh sounds, everyone said “Shhhhh”
That makes everyone will do their best with one heart.
Lesson 3
:Classroom is always organized and predictable routines. If the classroom is not organized, student will be lost. Also, I love to calming corners. When I was working, I put some sensory bin (kinetic sand, coloring and spinning chair, squash toy). It can prevent more escalate negative behavior.
Lesson 4
: I used to behavior chart for my students.
Documents are important because It remain the record and talk next plan with behavior specialist, IEP. Also, it will be resource how support parents and other staffs.
Lesson 5
:The goal is it creates independent learner that are responsible for their own learning.
There are relationships, high expectations, clear routines, positive feedback, and rewards must be ongoing practices in the classroom.
Specific feed back, I will do my best to use effective voice tone.
