Lesson 1
: Why time management important in the classroom? I think it is fake promise each others and respect as well. Students have to do finish their own job. It makes self reliance and teacher, for example, “Finished clean up when the bell rings, I will give some extra free time.” That will get more encouragement and teacher can keep their promise. It will build trust, responsibility each others.
Lesson 2
:How to maximize classroom time through structured organization, procedures, and routines. I saw several teachers using visual schedule in classroom. It can help students what’s to expected. But we have to know that flexibility about unexpected weather conditions or drills.
Lesson 3
:The speakers mentioned first “Don’t work harder, worker smarter!”
It’s focus one early grade like first grade and when educator pick “EAGLE HELPER” systems. That’s great job for student. It can make their own responsibility and tremendous help to teachers and classroom environment.
One of my students like to do helper and enjoy it. It also encouraged their school day as well.
Lesson 4
: The practical time management needs in classroom.
Work together with other teachers. And educators can using district pacing guides together and collaborations. I love to her advice, “Pace yourself.”
There are guidelines under district or principal, but what want to be build myself up, and be flexible for unexpected occur. Everyday is new and fresh.

:How to keep your own time and manage work area. She advise for us to give own time with family, friends or any hobby.
