  Lesson 1

  : Before you are going to your classroom, There are some tips how to effective classroom organization, setup, routines, and material management to create a functional learning environment.

  I was searching Pinterest and google image before setting the classroom with teachers. It’s so excited to preparing and it inspired me a lot, but make sure to ask district materials and principal.

  Lesson 2

  : This is for manage a classroom about organization, and use to digital resources. And also, there is the important thing about emergency situation. If I or some educator has emergency and can’t make class, we need to make up schedule for substitute teacher. It will help me (when I’m going to join the school) and know before classroom. Her personal advice are make more organized things before start to school life.

  
  

  Lesson 3

  : It talks about organization for teachers and students. Teacher has to make daily routine and students will follow the clear directions.

  I love her personal advice and I saw many teacher’s daily routine about every Friday, it’s cleaning day. And beginning start to class and dismissal time, I used to high five or fist bump before they leave.

  Also, we need to make sure that they can’t hug anytime. Ask first even though they are your sub teacher or aide.
